Pet Resort Reservations/Questions

Online Reservations
You must be an existing customer to use the Online Pet Resort Reservations system. If this is your first time boarding your pet with us, please call to make your reservation. After your first visit, you will then be able to make future pet boarding reservations online. When booking online, you will receive a confirmation number letting you know that we’ve received your request and that your reservation is secure.

Instructions
To use the Online Reservations System, please login with the email we have on file for you as well as the password you received from Ponderosa Pet Resort. When reserving your pet, please use the First Name of your pet ONLY. Example: Bella and NOT Bella Sweetie Pie Johnson! This will ensure the system recognizes you and your pet!
